If you expect accountability, look elsewhere.
Pros
Small company, large foot print. Hard to get fired (Meaning mistakes are understood. They are more interested in you learning and being safe.) Great benefits (new bonus program is a joke) Company really cares about their customers. Employee lunches, cookouts, ice cream occasionally. Very specialized products.
Cons
Pay (whatever you start at is what you will make. Usually a yearly 3%increase) Incompetence and laziness is tolerated. Employee treatment/value is determined by your position. Little opportunity for advancement. When it happens you are kept in your position for a long time while your replacement is trained. Management does retaliate against employees. (Ie cold shoulder, more difficult/extra work assigned) Company does not enforce internal processes and procedures. (Causes confusion and makes work harder)
