Smaller teams, which make it easier when spreading communication. Working remotely with some travel allows for you to create your own schedule and get work done at your own pace. With that being said, you must be a self-starter to be successful in this role.

No cons. The company takes care of their employees.

The day to day people are some of the nicest people you will ever work with. And they occasionally bring us food. Tim Tavel was a GREAT CEO, but he is no longer there. New CEO is nice just never there because I dont think he is local.

They keep hiring upper management and do not give good bonuses or raises to the people working 50 plus hours a week (on salary) just to stay caught up on the executives deadlines. They wont pay competitive salaries so its hard to hire help. They want you to move up in the company so they can pay you 1/3 of what they would hire someone in at. They want everyone to come into the office and yet the executives are hardly ever there. They used to allow single moms to work from home or bring in their kids when they didn't have childcare and they're starting to take that away.
