They keep hiring upper management and do not give good bonuses or raises to the people working 50 plus hours a week (on salary) just to stay caught up on the executives deadlines. They wont pay competitive salaries so its hard to hire help. They want you to move up in the company so they can pay you 1/3 of what they would hire someone in at. They want everyone to come into the office and yet the executives are hardly ever there. They used to allow single moms to work from home or bring in their kids when they didn't have childcare and they're starting to take that away.
