None. I guess, 26 leaves per year would be a pro but it is far outweighed by their use of tracking software, which has had millions of screenshot leaks.

This "Heathcare IT company" uses a cheap and untrustworthy tracking app, which takes screenshots of your screen every 20 sec, for remote employees. They do not list this in the JD and tell you about it during the fourth and final round of the interview. Yes, they have 4 rounds, which are basically useless, any school student would be more than qualified for a senior writer/editor job here. They ask for salary expectations without being upfront about the job requirements and expect you to stick with it afterwards.

PROS: Flexible timings, need to 5 days/week, paid leaves and holidays, lesser workload.

Worked here for only a few months before leaving for good. Mostly because the work environment here was unsatisfactory. Major pay disparity for the same kind of work. Work monitoring software that you'll need to download on your personal PC (which was extremely faulty). If you were to get up from your space for a 5-minute bathroom or snack break, it'd count it down as idle time which felt unfair. Improper training of newbies, disorganised management. Every month there'd be atleast 3-4 employees resigning from the job and all for the same reasons. The only reason I'd give it 2 stars is because senior writers were lovely to work with, very helpful, and always available to solve queries. This job would be a good start for beginners.
