1. Micromanagement at another level 2. Immediate Termination within hours without any prior intimation 3. Extra-ordinary work expectation with software running on your head. 4. Excel sheet for additional time and work update.

Pros

PROS: Flexible timings, need to 5 days/week, paid leaves and holidays, lesser workload.

Cons

Worked here for only a few months before leaving for good. Mostly because the work environment here was unsatisfactory. Major pay disparity for the same kind of work. Work monitoring software that you'll need to download on your personal PC (which was extremely faulty). If you were to get up from your space for a 5-minute bathroom or snack break, it'd count it down as idle time which felt unfair. Improper training of newbies, disorganised management. Every month there'd be atleast 3-4 employees resigning from the job and all for the same reasons. The only reason I'd give it 2 stars is because senior writers were lovely to work with, very helpful, and always available to solve queries. This job would be a good start for beginners.

Cons

The tracking software doesn’t make sense. You can’t constantly work on something for 9 hours. No upper level management. HR is not helpful.
