1. It's not terrible to start your career since they do quite a few things in digital marketing and the accounts are small.
Cons
1. Bad Leadership: the leaders of departments don't have a lot of experience in managing or working in the industry so there is little ability to learn more than the basics. On top of that, most managers micro manage and don't allow for human errors leading to a stressfully, low morale place to work. 2. Not Adapting: This is a print company that switched to digital marketing without hiring people from the industry and it shows. They still use strategies that are out of date by more than 5 years and don't listen to industry best practices that are new 3. Low Pay & Long Hours: starting pay isn't terrible, but they don't give much with promotions and expect you to work extra hours without extra pay or benefits. 4. Family Owned: while this isn't usually a bad thing, they run into the trap of cliques and bringing family/friend drama and favorites into the mix daily. If you're not part of this inner circle there is no growth opportunities and no voice in the company.
