The company is a disaster. In 6 months 7 different BDMs where changed. The owner is a torture machine who only looks to make life difficult for all the BDMS. He in fact kept us in the office till 9 pm on Saturday!!! The always look for reasons to cut salary and they never pay th incentives that are part of the joining package. They find ways to trouble employees after they have left the company as well.' I know someone who left the company in Jan 2025 he has still not been paid despite repeated follow ups. This company is a hell hole an i feel sorry for anyone who has to work here.
