Pros
-Great brand, stunning collections and strong heritage -Training materials supplied by the company are precise and help to develop your knowledge and become an expert seller - You will improve your customer service and clienteling skills but you have to do by yourself as the environment is extremely competitive, everyone is stressed and no one wants to spend time to help you
Cons
-Work-life balance is not consistent. Often, you are required to do extra hours not paid and the roster is not flexible -Toxic environment as there is no team building and sales associates are obsessed with commissions. -Poor management, totally demotivated and zero leadership. They don't spend time with the staff, they don't bond with you and there is no professional growth as they don't help you to develop your skills. They don't care about you as a person and what you can bring to the company but just how much money you can make and how devoted to the brand you are. -Worst of all: often managers talk trash behind sales associate and you can't trust anyone! They seem nice but as you turn your back they always criticise you on a personal and professional level. They are good to make their own story to make you look bad in front of the other colleagues. Asians employee are always the favourites one!
