Pros
I was under Prada Japan and USA. When we were under USA the sales incentives and commissions were great! The benefits and hours were flexible and the management worked around my school schedule.
Cons
It was very boring at times. I felt a bit uninspired and the sales staff is under a lot of pressure to perform but with little support from mnagement.
