Salary, location, benefits, management, projects, culture.

TSC (parent company) keeps Praxis leaders on a short leash which causes delays in important changes and limits power of immediate management (too many chefs in the kitchen).

This is a really great company to work for. It is a good mix of younger and older people. Smaller company, but work hard. They also throw over the top holiday / summer parties.

To be honest, I really do have very few poor things to say about the Praxis as a company. I really like the company.
