Pros
Pay would be good if they ever worked you a 40 hour week.
Cons
There is no work/life balance whatsoever; if you work there, they own you. They lure you in with a great starting salary and potential bonus, but then make you work 6-7 days a week; 12 hour days. This went on for over a year straight. They squeeze all they can out of their salaried employees; you end up making $9 an hour and it's not worth the headache working for such a disorganized backward company. Absolutely, the worst job I ever had.
