I'm both a new employee and the head of HR. I wanted to come here because I was inspired by the mission of using AI and ML in making healthcare proactive vs reactive. It is more than stats and really smart people. It's about compassion and teamwork, knowing what we do as a team can make a difference in the treatment and wellness of another person. The employees are fun and the kind of people you'd want to hang out with. We care about our culture, communities, and the future.
Cons
It's a small company and we all have things we can do better. I'm looking at fostering a best place to work, creating career development paths, strengthening communication, reviewing our employee compensation and benefits, and being an evangelist for the culture.
