Also I'm not a manager and I was not paid to provide this review.

- TB test before and after start date was necessary - I've never had to do this for a job. - UA before the job which was pretty invasive and I haven't had to do this despite working other government and clinical jobs

Some of the employees are very devoted and knowledgable. The health insurance and PTO are pretty good. This organization has just received CARF Accreditation so some of the Cons below may be addressed soon.

They have cultivated a culture of continuous improvement . . . unless it's a tough problem. In that case it's more of a "cross your fingers and don't mention it" kind of culture. The pay is surprisingly low and management reiterates that they cannot afford to pay more because they are a non-profit organization. It's kind of become a sort of catchphrase. Employees are not trained appropriately for the environment. Work life balance and workload are pretty awful because they are terribly understaffed with no end in sight. Supervisors seem content with current quality of service. Extremely high employee turnover rate.
