There are staff who really care, but management make sure that doesn’t matter.
Cons
Upper management, very poorly run. Staff and clients are treated equally as bad. High turnover because it doesn’t take long for people to see why the reviews are so terrible.
I thoroughly enjoy working at Prelude. My job responsibilities allow me to utilize my skills and to further develop them. My colleagues are an amazing group of individuals--we truly are a team and support one another. My direct supervisor is fantastic—they listen, offer guidance as needed, and encourage us. Other individuals in different departments are also very helpful and kind. I appreciate being hired here and for the important work I get to be a part of.
Positive atmosphere, person-centered, evidence-based practices
Cons
Lower pay (although, management applied and got a COVID relief grant to give employees a bonus!), dress code restrictions
