Pros

I have been with Premier since May 2021. From my very first day I felt included. I am a tad older so retention in my brain takes a little longer to remember. I never felt rushed during my training. Everyone was very patient with me. I came from another bank and their operating hours were much longer. Premier has standard banking hours, which is much more conducive to family life. I feel Premier gives me plenty of opportunities to grow and advance.

Cons

The only "negative" thing I can think of is...the back room does not communicate very well with the frontline members

Pros

I would say management is a fantastic part of my role, as they're super understanding of a lot of things, as well as they definitely treat you like a person. I've worked in a different role in this company and not had the same experience. We do have the ability to work remote, but it is manager discretion which I guess can be considered both a pro and a con.

Cons

While I don't have a ton of cons, one of them is that if you are downtown you are required to pay for parking and it is not reimbursed, which can be frustrating as when they handle raises, they do not account for the fact that you are now paying to come to work and the raise does not reflect that. The company that owns the lot does offer monthly passes, but the lot is honestly kind of awful to park in and the company that handles it is also super rude to deal with.
