While I don't have a ton of cons, one of them is that if you are downtown you are required to pay for parking and it is not reimbursed, which can be frustrating as when they handle raises, they do not account for the fact that you are now paying to come to work and the raise does not reflect that. The company that owns the lot does offer monthly passes, but the lot is honestly kind of awful to park in and the company that handles it is also super rude to deal with.
