Absolutely nothing. They painted a very different picture and use extremely aggressive , pathetic bait and switch techniques to recruit people to get an insight on their competition. Over promise and under deliver to all employees and clients.

Worst company I have ever worked for in my entire career. The turnover in this company is a joke. The management team is unprofessional, have zero clue what is really going on with their company and stick duds in management position's. They are driving out their best employee's by taking advantage of them and working them to death. So many broken promises and the company policies change on a daily basis and there is never any clear communication on anything. All they care about is the bottom line. Don't care about their employees or their clients. Tons of very illegal discrimination that goes on as well. Talk about other employees personal information to othet employees. Payroll is always screwed up: paychecks are incorrect either missing bonuses or regular pay or depositing money into wrong accounts. Favoritism. There are employee's that take advantage of the company that shouldn't have jobs, yet management refuses to address it. Either they are clueless about what is really going on or they don't care. Meanwhile there are employees who work extremely hard and follow all policies and go unnoticed.
