Pros
When you work 60+ hours a week, the commission pay is amazing. Not a job for part time. The people that I work with are fantastic. It's usually fun to work with the people on the floor. If you need time off, they're usually pretty good about helping you out.
Cons
There is seldom telephone communication, everything is through email. You don't personally meet anyone from Human Resources, if you set up a new account and someoneven cancels, dies or changes the plan you set up in 120 days, returns any accessories, returns any tablets, handsets or connected devices, the commission you earned from said sale (s) is taken back. You rarely see your higher ups. Store managers don't have as much say as they should. Horrible benefits. High staff turn over. The training manager doesn't train the new employees. You'll be required to make appointments from cold calls and get paid $8.50 an hour for it. Files and extremely sensitive information are handled poorly.
