Morale is always low because of what the reps are paid, the turnover rate is astronomical because of pay, and it’s all led by an individual who lacks proper experience in her role. On top of having to use 4 different systems, precision even for a simple bill payment transactions is important or it is deducted from your income. Store managers have no power over credits, they rely heavily on customer service to resolve issues as well as reps, you will become a super sales rep by taking on a store manager role with Premier. None of the hiring is done from a store level, so they put random inexperienced people in the retail locations. Commission is paid if the store attains 85% of the store quota, quotas are typically not met in the majority of Oklahoma locations (widely due to a typical huge increase in your quota once you’ve met your goal once), prepare to be very okay with your hourly rate.

They will allow you to work yourself half to death. They do not support, help or train with BurnOut symptoms. They're recognition is flawed and not consistent. They're reviews and raises are not consistent. Sometimes they are desperate for positions and do not train well.
