Decent pay, good commission scale, full time, opportunity for advancement, 401K, insurance, PTO, co-workers

Cons

Little no work/life balance, long hours typically 9am-7pm, must be on group me 24/7, must check email 24/7, more responsibilities than the pay is worth

Pros

I liked working there because it felt like I was in control over my pay dependent on how hard I work. I liked the paid holidays off. I liked the community engagements that we got to do. They love internal growth.

Cons

They will allow you to work yourself half to death. They do not support, help or train with BurnOut symptoms. They're recognition is flawed and not consistent. They're reviews and raises are not consistent. Sometimes they are desperate for positions and do not train well.
