- Good place for graduate electrical/power engineers only, lots of learning opportunity. - Very nice people and excellent mentoring
Cons
- If you are not an electrical/power engineer, it's better to search in somewhere else. - Internal system is constantly changing - No middle management - Salary below average - No clear policy for bonus - A lot of overtime work - Overtime is not paid - Many benefits will be available after 6 to 12 months - Difficult place to grow
