Pros
Reputation of the the company's past is good and there are learning opportunities for young engineers.
Cons
The definition of Nepotisim is Premium Power. The owner's wife has things blown out of propotion with micromanagement and lack of direction for the staff and be stressful. It is a pyramid scheme with whatever She says , goes ! I would count to 10 before joining the group because you can find jobs somewhere else.
