The definition of Nepotisim is Premium Power. The owner's wife has things blown out of propotion with micromanagement and lack of direction for the staff and be stressful. It is a pyramid scheme with whatever She says , goes ! I would count to 10 before joining the group because you can find jobs somewhere else.
