Excellent company for training and benefits! I was sent to a training center to learn just about everything to prepare me for the everyday paperwork and management duties. My takeaway was how to manage employees and appreciate working as a team; nothing was beneath me as a Manager. Very interactive class and was able to adapt easily once I was in my store due to the training. Great opportunity to learn management of a store and employees!
Cons
You must be able to work any task/job within your store to know and show your employees it can be done with no exceptions. Be open to change and enjoy interacting with customers and employees. Not for the faint at heart!
