Toxic environment. Higher ups do not know how to talk to people sometimes in which they can be very passive aggressive. The hire ups don’t care, but when they really need something from you, they will praise you and make you feel valued during a project/task, but once it’s completed, they fail to follow through on their promises and purposefully make you feel unappreciated and as if the previous work you did doesn’t matter. No room for advancement and the main leaders don’t have their CPAs!
