      Nice coworkers Some time flexibility if you work overtime Not very stressful

      Don't expect to move up in the company on the corporate side unless you've been there 5+ years Salaries are pretty stagnant and it's hard to get a raise of any significance

      Great work life balance, opportunity for growth, opportunity for overtime, access to a large amount of AV equipment, great place to learn and great people

      Cons

      Owners and family make things a bit of a boys club and upper management can be out of touch at times.

      Awesome technicians to work with. Fun Events and lots of opportunities to gain experience.

      Cons

      A lot of the “upstairs” is delusional, rude, and outright creepy. Pay your techs fairly, before criticizing their work.
