Pros
Working with people, solving problems, most of the time spent in the field servicing customers. Enjoyed interaction with cleaning crews and night Supervisors.
Cons
Some of the customers can be very demanding and petty. Some accounts are bid too low and are difficult to manage. Expectations at times can be unrealistic.
