PTO, good management, good benefits

Doesn't have the same PTO as contracting company

Able to get recent grads in the area entry level lab positions, minority (woman) owned, and personable with their employees.

Lab positions are only with the largest personal care products company that has their HQ in OH; even if you have an advanced degree and experience you only get a lab technician position; many of the client's employees do NOT like to work with people of color so they manipulate the workload and environment to give the agency the impression that the contractor is incompetent (example - lab tech completes a batch and notifies their boss to give them more work, HOURS of silence and no work given until an hour before the worker leaves and expects the 10 batches to be completed before leaving as they walk out the door themselves, and there isn't any overtime offered), employee doesn't make any eye contact when giving the assignment; no growth potential or contract conversion potential to work for the assigned company; employees that are assigned to have a worker from this company have NO leadership skills and NO knowledge in the lab; can't get any med or dental ins until after a year but the compensation is not enough to pay for your own and too much to qualify for medicaid.
