Pros

- Great set of people to work with, very intelligent. - Good product

Cons

- Unhinged managers - Training for three nights a month for the first three months, 9pm to 1 or 2am - Tells you that you are not expected to close that many cases in your first three months while you work with your buddy and get setup on a complex system - fires you for performance for not closing that many cases under your name in the first three months out of the blue with no prior conversation regarding performance

Pros

The people are very friendly and welcoming, and there are many resources to help with training and onboarding. Most positions in the US are remote, and you are allowed to flex your time if needed. I truly believe our software is one of the best available, I first learned about Pricefx as a prospective customer.

Cons

Software is complex and configurable, sometimes this makes it hard to get a yes/no answer on features and capabilities.

Pros

High flexibility in terms of remote working as global time zones may require early start. Lots of space for independant contributions and process improvement

Cons

Change occurring more frequently in attempt to keep up with the changing marketplace, business demand and the cost burden so much so impact to productivity and motivation has become compromised
