      Pros

      - Great set of people to work with, very intelligent. - Good product

      Cons

      - Unhinged managers - Training for three nights a month for the first three months, 9pm to 1 or 2am - Tells you that you are not expected to close that many cases in your first three months while you work with your buddy and get setup on a complex system - fires you for performance for not closing that many cases under your name in the first three months out of the blue with no prior conversation regarding performance

      Pros

      Company Ethos. Culture. Leadership that are open, that listen, that inform and empower their teams. High levels of trust in each other, and trust in employee professionalism. Work v life balance is perfect, we're here to do our jobs AND live our lives. All of which means that there is no stress from the company about how and where you work, just as long as you get your job done. I love this place, I'll only be leaving when I retire, and that'll be when I'm 80.

      Cons

      Some internal processes need polishing but that is really nit-picking. There isn't much wrong with the company!

      Getting so many things right!

      Pros

      Amazing culture, when it's present. Great emphasis on work/life balance. Flexibility and adaptability. Always opportunity to learn and grow. When you encounter a 'pfxer' you feel energized and positive.

      Cons

      Lack of some process and clear scope. My induction into my team seemed an after thought where I often felt isolated and not part of the family. In a time of high growth/work people are very stressed so the quality of communication has suffered.
