Pros
PRIDE offered a diverse set of options for Software. They worked on so many different applications including maintaining their own eCommerce and internal ERP. The breadth of software they used allowed my to get a full-stack .net developer skill set in the 9 years that I worked with them. The people were mostly good to work with, but like all company's with a large staff you end up with the inevitable bad egg here and there.
Cons
PRIDE is very top heavy. Their management doesn't have a lot of time to give feedback and project requirements. Our department (IT) often went weeks without direction or guidance for the next set of priorities. This is a double edged sword that allowed us to take the initiative and perform the work as we saw fit, but it also ended up sending us into multiple sprints of work that sometimes they never got utilized because the project shuttered without us ever hearing about it.
