Pros

No pros, none at all

Cons

Awful place to work, they fire and hire all the time. They've recently had to have all the employees who are part of the clique come on here and give positive reviews - you'll see them easily. They change a policy or procedure and then fire you for not keeping up. Also, their mission statement should read that they cater to bad customers, not provide good service because if a bad customer reviews or complains, no matter the level of truth, they will gladly claim their payroll back from you. Everyone working here should take the promotion to customer.

Primary Arms Response

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. While it's disappointing to hear there wasn't anything you found enjoyable while working at Primary Arms, we can only improve with an honest prospective of individual experiences. Policies & procedures are put in place to not only protect the company but to protect the employees as well. Unfortunately, policies must be changed from time to time due to state laws changing so we're in compliance with the state. We conduct trainings to explain the changes & give management an opportunity to ask any questions their teams my have prior to rolling out those new policies. Primary Arms prides itself on delivering quality customer service but not at the expense of disrespect to our employees. If you'd like to discuss further we can be reached at hr@primaryarms.com

Pros

There are some people that make the day better and there if free coffee

Cons

Pay is low for what I was asked to work on and title vs work being done isn't valid either the whole 4 years i was there i got a total of 1.25 cent raise from my start pay, you constantly have to remind people to do their job but get jumpped on if your work isnt done, also they hired a new upper to take over and make things "efficient" but they have changed weekly pay to bi weekly, took away hybird work, and layed off alot of people to save cost, also they have a new policy where if you a minute late you get a point and after so many points you get fired, also growth here is not real it doesn't matter what you do to improve things it gets a thanks and never gets you anywhere so I the long run its like what's the point in even trying to do something good it gets brushed under the mat anyways.
