Pros

Great discounts on arms products

Cons

Everything else. The executive team is is terribly immature though not young, acutely unprofessional, and prone to rants and tantrums. Everything throughout the facility is on camera, and hours and hours are spent by one particular executive watching the cameras to try to find people doing something--anything--wrong so that he can then go and berate them. Don't disagree with any of the three principals lest you want to be on the street. Worst working environment I've ever experienced.

We are glad you enjoyed the discounts. We use cameras for security measures, not for the reasons you've identified here. We hope we still have your business and that you are a satisfied customer.

Pros

No pros, none at all

Cons

Awful place to work, they fire and hire all the time. They've recently had to have all the employees who are part of the clique come on here and give positive reviews - you'll see them easily. They change a policy or procedure and then fire you for not keeping up. Also, their mission statement should read that they cater to bad customers, not provide good service because if a bad customer reviews or complains, no matter the level of truth, they will gladly claim their payroll back from you. Everyone working here should take the promotion to customer.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. While it's disappointing to hear there wasn't anything you found enjoyable while working at Primary Arms, we can only improve with an honest prospective of individual experiences. Policies & procedures are put in place to not only protect the company but to protect the employees as well. Unfortunately, policies must be changed from time to time due to state laws changing so we're in compliance with the state. We conduct trainings to explain the changes & give management an opportunity to ask any questions their teams my have prior to rolling out those new policies. Primary Arms prides itself on delivering quality customer service but not at the expense of disrespect to our employees. If you'd like to discuss further we can be reached at hr@primaryarms.com

Pros

The office design encouraged and facilitated imaginative thinking, leading to increased innovation and new ideas. This, in turn, resulted in higher levels of job satisfaction and overall contentment among employees.

Cons

The CEO's intemperate behavior and loathsome attitude have severely impacted the company's morale, causing a decline in employee motivation and hampering growth. This has resulted in a stifling company culture lacking in innovation and strong leadership, causing further harm to the company's prospects.

Hello & thank you for your feedback. We're disappointed to hear that your experience with Primary Arms was one of dissatisfaction. We love to hear the ideas of our employees, but we realize expressing those ideas to the right people can be challenging at times. In an effort to simplify that process we now have Town Hall Meetings every quarter where our CEO visits each department individually & gives them an update on all things PA. Mr. Lerner discusses where the company has exceled, what our goals are for the next quarter & where we're having the most difficulty & need improvement. There is a Q & A session at the end of each Town Hall meeting where employees have an opportunity to speak directly to our CEO & address any issues, bring up new ideas, & ask any additional questions they may have. Along with Town Hall Meetings we've ramped up our employee engagement activities; Snow Cone Day, Taco Tuesday, catered BBQ lunches, & we're currently in the process of planning a health fair where employees can speak directly with health care professionals regarding their physical & mental health. Our employees are our top priority & we're putting forth every effort to let them know we hear them, we see them, & most importantly we appreciate them. If you'd like to discuss offline you can reach us at hr@primaryarms.com
