Pros
There were some really great people, but poor management either sees them leave or pushed out by over hiring middle managers with no clue. The company grew too quickly without proper direction/control. Benefits were ok, until they introduced return to the office for all employees, even ones that lived far from London and had agreements in place. Nice enough office. Did some free lunches. A year and a half ago, was a great place to work.
Cons
C-suite are scrambling to save the business, lost the mission, have no idea what they’re doing. Poor communication. Toxic management, no leadership, that led to total burnout and massive attrition within the teams. Then mass redundancies handled poorly, at the same as hiring high paid managers. There is no culture at all, It died about a year ago when most of the talented, most competent people started to leave. Promises of bonuses that were never paid out, employee shares never allocated, the list is endless…. PrimaryBid do not care about their employees in the slightest. Everything there now is just a fight for survival. Patching up a sinking ship.
