1.Day 1 you joined put you on project and expect same efficiency as Seniors do 2. Full of Managers and VP's and one tenant one developer policy 3. Enabling Product feature involves full of settings, coding part zero. 4. Biggest blunder of their component is workflow. if any issue in flow, Even FBI or CIA cannot trace back where exactly went wrong. Nightmare :P 5. Those who close to Director or Managers get very good hike 6. Personal life sucks 7. No process, no track on employees as well as project progress 8. If you are good in TT whole PFT you will be recognised 9. Developer will end up in doing all setup in Dev, QA and PROD finally exhausted. 10. QA environment is like Kengeri Mori, even god cannot clean it.
