Pros
Some of the guys i met here were great. Couple of them became good friends that I still keep up with 3 years later.
Cons
This job is a total scam. They prey on guys fresh out of college with zero knowledge of how they should be treated in a professional work environment. They will sell you on the idea that this company's a great environment where if you work hard, you will make a lot of money quick. It's all a lie. The bonus structure is not what it seems and the base salary of 36K is a joke is today's climate for someone with a degree. They'll tell you that you'll make more money quick but I knew guys that worked there for nearly 3 years that struggled to stay above 50k/yr. On top of that, the benefits and PTO are awful and you will be ridiculed whenever you try to use any of it. You'd be better off financially selling used cars for a couple months than working here. The environment is absurdly toxic. You will get screamed at, demeaned, and belittled on a near daily basis. All to fluff the fragile egos of the upper management clan. It's funny looking back at how immature and miserable some of these guys were. They do not care about you in the slightest. You're just a punching bag for their deep-rooted insecurities that also happens to help make them money. My advice for anyone who's thinking about working here or currently does, run. This place will suck the life out of you. It wont be until you work somewhere halfway decent until you realize just how terrible this place is. There is a lot more I could say/disclose but I digress. Only reason I am leaving this review is to hopefully save someone from making the same mistake that I made when I took this job. Worst workplace culture I've ever been apart of by far.
