It all seems really great at the beginning, the promises that are made make it seen like a really good opportunity. It only takes a few weeks to learn it's all a lie. No one actually cares, you never hear or see from management after the initial song and dance in Philadelphia. You start to learn that this company has a lot of problems. The gossip is really bad and people hate there positions. Everyone is always on edge of being fired and the company culture is made up of some forced recruiting videos and fake reviews. If your straight out of college don't let this be your first experience and if your a seasoned professional, keep moving, they will never pay you enough or vaule your worth.
