Pros
base pay, depending on manager some were nice and helpful. Mine was absolutely great and support and great management style.
Cons
Compay zig zagged all year with no clear vision. Lacked communication from upper managment. Got hired Dec '21 and was immediately switched under another team first day. Had Tx/Ok as territory, than stripped OK and sold TX for 6 months while being put on a different team with no manager. Then switch local territory with having to ramp up again. PrimePay was not understanding of the switches and continues to not care about their employees only revenue. Not to mention, some were given management positions then stripped from their title because too many managers. Only ones selling and hitting their numbers and tenured reps who have developed broker, and CPA relationships. None are making numbers from just prospecting in this saturated market.
