Pros

A lot of good people weigh out the bad

Cons

1. Indecisive, disorganized leadership 2. Leadership is like a boys' club 3. Employees get away with pretending to work, while taking credit for others work, and getting promotions from false accomplishments 4. Embarrassing compensation. Doesn't matter how talented you are, how long you've worked there. They seem to care more about status, who you know, how 'cool' you are, then you're actual talent. 5. They 100% pick favorites. 6. If you make a mistake, you'll be publicly humiliated about it.
