The people here can be pretty great, and it does have a ‘family’ vibe to it at times

It’s a bit of a mess of management, with too many cooks in the kitchen - with big egos. Lacks professionalism.

Most of my immediate coworkers are great people who I enjoy working with. When things go well go they very well. Location in proximity to my residence.

A serious breakdown in communication and direction from upper management/owners. Ground level workers are treated like trash and shown disrespect whilst these same people demand our respect. Managers are bullies, there's a lack of trust and confidence in the employer here. They abuse their power, talk behind your back etc. Preference shown to some employees and not others. Too much like a reality drama t.v. show to be taken seriously. 10/10 do not recommend unless you're into that sort of thing.
