Pros
I have never worked with such lovely and caring management in my entire time in the workforce. They will always do their best to look after their staff and often put on staff functions to keep morale up, if you want to feel appreciated as a worker look no further. They always treat us as equals. Discounts on Food and drinks. Discounts on Accommodation. Staff Parking. Dedicated smoking area. Lovely team to work with!
Cons
Some shifts can be short if the hotel is not busy (maybe that's a preference for you though ;). )

Pros
Most of my immediate coworkers are great people who I enjoy working with. When things go well go they very well. Location in proximity to my residence.
Cons
A serious breakdown in communication and direction from upper management/owners. Ground level workers are treated like trash and shown disrespect whilst these same people demand our respect. Managers are bullies, there's a lack of trust and confidence in the employer here. They abuse their power, talk behind your back etc. Preference shown to some employees and not others. Too much like a reality drama t.v. show to be taken seriously. 10/10 do not recommend unless you're into that sort of thing.
