Reasonable compensation and really great opportunities for moving up and building a resume if you are willing to work hard and sacrifice early on.

Company culture could use some work, co-workers are not motivated to work as a team or look out for each other.

Nothing notable to put here. This is the worst place I’ve ever worked, outside of most of the coworkers being pretty nice

Management is awful, terribly condescending, just generally unpleasant to be around and interact with. Little to no training and constant throwing under the bus. Not hard to understand why turnover is so high and morale is so low
