Pros
Decent place to work. Nice having 4 day work weeks and got along well with coworkers. Patient population is a pleasure to work with.
Cons
Too many patients per day. Consistently understaffed. Front desk not well trained to complete the tasks at hand causing more stress on the therapists. Upper management messed with bonuses.
