      Pros

      Good Benefits and much of the staff is pleasant.

      Cons

      Managers are not consistent and there is lots of favoritism. Upper management does not care about staff only themselves Lots of turnover due to unfair policies Lower than average salaries and raises Overloaded department managers and grossly understaffed No work/life balance

      Good-ish benefits and holiday pay.

      Cons

      Poor poor poor management. Never fully staffed. You will consistently be expected to do the job of those thatbare superior to you (because of course they don't have time). You will not get proper compensation for your hard work.

      Pros

      Decent place to work. Nice having 4 day work weeks and got along well with coworkers. Patient population is a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Too many patients per day. Consistently understaffed. Front desk not well trained to complete the tasks at hand causing more stress on the therapists. Upper management messed with bonuses.
