Nice recruiter, bad assignment - not the recruiter's fault - Assistant Principal Technologies Employee Review

I have been working with Sarah Schroeder for the past few months. She contacted me in regards to some job inquiries that I have applied for. Sarah has been monumental in landing the job that I now view as my career going forward. She listened to what I was looking for to start a career, and went out and found that one for me. She did not waste my time with just any job openings, she was looking for one that she knew would meet my checklist for my next career opportunity. She provided me with the resources to excel and make an impression in my interviews, and gave me talking points in which the employer was looking for. After a few months of my new career opportunity, Sarah continues to keep updated with me to see and hear about my progression in the company. Any questions that I have ever needed for Sarah, I usually hear back from her within the hour in regards to anything I need. She truly has been a blessing. Thank you for everything that you and Principal Technologies has done for me!

No cons that I can think of.

A great place to excel in recruiting. The company understands the value of the candidate in terms of their desires, passions, and drive. It has a pretty strong operating system compared to many other recruiting companies in terms of tracking and logging information. A FANTASTIC work environment with a great sense of "family". Though the "war space" is open, allowing others to hear your conversations, there is enough room throughout the whole office to move freely during your interviews to allow for privacy, if desired. Great people to work with, and an overall great environment. Weekly meetings within each department and also with the whole company that really embraces growth and looks for ideas and strategies from the whole team.

Though the office is in a beautiful building, it is located in an area that hasn't been fully developed yet, leaving some candidates unsure of where it is when setting up an interview. Google maps tends to get candidates lost at times when coming in for interviews.
