Great colleagues, that that is about it for the pros. You also get 2h/week for fitness - which is also a good perk!
Cons
Their CTO is SHAIT. He has no social skills what so ever and when you get to big of a scope for your team and then give him the feedback he just wants you to "dont close any doors" and try to do a job of 3 people in 10 weeks anyway. It's terrible for your mental health and you will get burnt out like a lot of my former colleagues.
The leadership team is also absolute shait - changing direction every 3 months and restructuring all the teams every time. You get into the new flow of thing just in time for them to switch it up again.
I also took on more work with a promise of getting a raise. I did that work for 3 months and when I then didn't get a raise for the new work that I did on the yearly review my boss said "There is no raise for this extra work", even though he promised me and I had been clear for the start that I was only doing the work because of that promise. When I then spoke up about it I got called in to a call with my bosses boss and he told me the classic "You'll get experience instead of a raise" and I was questioned about "Why do you even want to work here?".
Don't accept a job here!
Super friendly colleagues
Great employer that puts staff first
International company
A lot of autonomy around how to solve problems and tasks
Good benefits (eg. friskvård, etc.)
Line managers are very good
Cons
Can be tricky to navigate internal politics or understand how to get things done.
Being spread across so many offices can sometimes be a challenge
Sometimes teams or offices are a bit too silo'ed
Big difference between offices - the Stockholm office building is def. not as nice as the others, but it trades that in for a very great central location
