Pros

Great people You can be yourself around others there The employees make Prisjakt special (not management)

Cons

Last few years, it's been all about the finances and not the people They still ride the Linus culture book train even though they no longer use it or live by it! But it was viral enough to make them need to say it's Prisjakt's culture still Heading the same way companies becoming corporate without a care for the people involved does! No one in management cares as long as the board of directors is happy Should change the People & Organisation dept back to HR, as this is all it is. Old-style corporate human resources, who see their people as resources! Nothing is done with the team in mind.

Pros

Great colleagues, that that is about it for the pros. You also get 2h/week for fitness - which is also a good perk!

Cons

Their CTO is SHAIT. He has no social skills what so ever and when you get to big of a scope for your team and then give him the feedback he just wants you to "dont close any doors" and try to do a job of 3 people in 10 weeks anyway. It's terrible for your mental health and you will get burnt out like a lot of my former colleagues. The leadership team is also absolute shait - changing direction every 3 months and restructuring all the teams every time. You get into the new flow of thing just in time for them to switch it up again. I also took on more work with a promise of getting a raise. I did that work for 3 months and when I then didn't get a raise for the new work that I did on the yearly review my boss said "There is no raise for this extra work", even though he promised me and I had been clear for the start that I was only doing the work because of that promise. When I then spoke up about it I got called in to a call with my bosses boss and he told me the classic "You'll get experience instead of a raise" and I was questioned about "Why do you even want to work here?". Don't accept a job here!
