Pros
People are SUPER nice! Good experience for future / new jobs. Jobs are really easy / entry level.
Cons
Vacation time is minimal. No room for growth, kind of a dead end job. Raises are far and few in between with low increases. There's a hierarchy that has been created - employees aren't allowed upstairs where upper management's offices are. Which doesn't make sense because that's where HR is located. Communication throughout the whole building is horrible!! Everyone gets paid differently and treated differently (favoritism is huge). Policies and the way things are ran are contradicted all the time. Cross training is encouraged but there are no benefits of taking on more responsibilities and tasks. Company has shown that they'd rather hire new employees than to pay loyal long term employees more.
