Pros

The people there genuinely like each other and one of the binds that keeps them together is the dislike for the CEO.

Cons

As you can see from the reviews here on Glassdoor, after there were negative reviews written, the CEO “suggested” that people write positive reviews. To be TOLD to write a positive review is just part of the type of scare tactics that the CEO uses to control everyone. Don’t be fooled by his charming personality as it can change at the drop of a hat. You will be called stupid to your face and anything you do wrong will be “galactically stupid”. The company recently hired a new CFO and HR rep who are there to deliver news that the CEO is too much of a coward to do on his own. If he doesn’t like you, you will know it as he doesn’t hide how he feels. If he does like you, for the moment, then you are his best friend. If you like working for a manic personality with NO boundaries, this is the place for you! HR is usually the go to person where you can speak to them for advice and trust that they will do the right thing. However, here, you should NEVER trust HR person as they are just a puppet for the CEO and won’t fight for what is right for the employee. They will also charm you and act like they are your best friend to get you to open up about what is wrong/right with the company. They will then take all the confidential information and throw you under the bus. They think they are building company morale when in reality, people are just doing what they do to keep their job. Restructuring is just a facade as it will happen over and over again (this is not the first time), until everyone that works there is just an extension of the disgusting management style of the CEO. How he has remained in business this long and kept the customers he has is still a mystery. Advice to anyone applying, take the advice that I was given during my first week: run, and run fast. There are so many other great companies out there that will treat you with respect and appreciate your skillset. This is a very toxic environment. The 3.7 positive rating here is a joke and again, it’s only that high because people were forced to leave positive reviews. Half of them were recently let go as well, so that didn’t give them any job security.

Pros

There are some great people that work here.

Cons

The only way to describe this place is an absolute dumpster fire. The goalposts are moved for the sales team and BDRs constantly without reason. The company has no direction and pivots their focus every 6-12 months. In my time there, I was witness to -a full company restructure -resignations of the CSO, CFO, and President of Sales -had 3 different "managers" -a commission plan be altered to put more money in the company's (CEO's) pocket -More people than I care to count leave the company within 3 months... The CEO will never give those in upper management any sort of autonomy- Those that try to change things end up leaving. Everyone else just becomes his puppet- and his words are then voiced through their mouths. The reputation of this place is poor among aviation companies and declining more by the day. No amount of CEO media-hits or company rebranding efforts can save this place in the long run because there will be no one left who wants to do business with them. Take all of these reviews as your warning. Everyone who has written a review on this site has been in your shoes before, thinking that their experience will be different. It won't be. Check out reviews for 'Elevate Jet' and 'Elevate Aviation Group'. These are companies owned and led by the same circus clown and his minions. You won't like what you see there either.
