      High salary and good facilities.

      Cons

      Micromanagement for tasks that don't require excessive management but lack of management for tasks that require support from superiors and managers. Some employees are passive-aggressive and don't want to communicate with the other.

      Little to no onboarding, very little salary, expected to work overtime every day (unpaid), bad and out of touch management
